Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, negligence, or recklessness.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, broken chains, water damage, discoloration caused by perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage.
• Sale or discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from us, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.
